The hotel is reasonably spacious and perfectly clean with a good restaurant, I had a real good stay.

Location - good adjacent to shops, restaurants and freeway, the interstate and local restaurants, and eating establishments and shopping. Breakfast was incredibly nice, room was perfect.

Very informative personnel is very on interested in customer service. The location is particularly good, as the hotel is based close to town center. Plus, this venue is right by local restaurants as well as Close to the mall.

The location was favourable, close to the mall with easy access to shopping centers and a large shopping mall. The extremely friendly and excellent staff provided all the necessary info.

The location couldn't be more amazing close to town center. The rooms were new-fashioned, spotless. The place had a family atmosphere. We did not want to leave and will choose the place for future trips, loved the hotel.

Nothing not too like.

Liked exceptionally nice breakfast, a nice size and well-appointed room.

The room we had included coffee/tea making machines, a living area, and ironing facilities. The hotel's location was ideal, not far from Detroit, a mall / shopping area, and even a movie theater. In general the service was excellent.

Loved the evolution king room with modern decor and the sofa bed, as example I was given. The hotel was in a favourable position very close to other areas and a huge mall that has an indoor trampoline park, indoor glow putt, indoor go kart racing, and a Chuck E Cheese and restaurants across the street.

We got a room with a bath.

The room is a nice size and well-appointed and equipped with coffee and tea making equipment, a seating area, and an iron with ironing board. You can see the sunsets from your window.

Wonderful and excellent location, near everything that you are looking for in Novi. Comfy, absolutely perfect room with the bathroom, a double beds and water bottles.

Had a great time during my Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a movie theatre just across the street for some entertainment. Plus, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which helped create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

I honestly can't think of any negatives during my stay at this hotel. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

Had visits from animals the first night. After getting up, wounds on the hands. Had to change the room. Is that normal?

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room amenities, including a walk-in shower, microwave, and refrigerator. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and a convention center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it had been included in the room rate. Many hotels I've stayed at include breakfast in the price, so it would have been a nice addition here too.

Amazing location of the hotel near everything that you are looking for in Novi. Everything was nice, including particularly nice breakfast for unlimited refills. Greatly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.
